Hosting With TrilogyCRM
We try to make hosting with TrilogyCRM as pain-free as possible. After you talk with a TrilogyCRM team member, we will provide a Hosting Agreement. That agreement includes your hosting, setup and software fees (if you need software). Whether you bring your ACT! software with you, or you purchase software from Trilogy, each user must have an ACT! Premium license. If you already have ACT! Premium, version 2006 or newer, we just need your ACT! serial number. If you are new to ACT! or need to upgrade, you can purchase the software directly from us. TrilogyCRM is a Platinum ACT! reseller. What does that mean to you? Simple. It means that we have access to the most competitive ACT! pricing out there, which we can pass on to you.

Once we have a signed Agreement and your software, your setup is underway. If you have an existing ACT! database, we can connect to your machine and transfer your data to one of our servers. The next steps depend on what version of ACT! you are going with . If you are ACT! Premium for Web, we simply send you your unique URL, a step-by-step document with the tweaks you need to ensure the best performance, and you are up and running. If you are going with Dual Access or Sync, we create remote databases for your users and send you easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions on downloading and setting up your database. If you think you need help installing, contact your TrilogyCRM rep and we can handle all of the setup and installation for you, remotely, at an additional fee.
