Sage Software recently released ACT! 2011 SP1 Hot Fix 1. There are several defect fixes included in the Hot Fix. To improve your ACT! experience, the TrilogyCRM Support Team will update the ACT! 2011 hosting servers this coming weekend, January 23, 2011.
We will be performing the server upgrade on Sunday, January 23, 2011. While we are applying the update you may receive a message indicating that you cannot synchronize. Also, during the update web user will not be able to log in. Your local database will not synchronize with the TrilogyCRM servers until you have performed the upgrade on your local machine. If you are the primary contact for your ACT! account, please pass this notice along to your team. Please plan to update your installed copy of ACT! to Hot Fix 1 before you sync on Monday, January 24, 2011. If you apply the update prior to the server updates scheduled for Sunday, you also will not be able to sync your database until after the servers have been updated.
